Cancellations & Exchanges

You can inform us through email hello@zigzagstyles.com.
Please be kind enough to inform us before the package is handed over to the courier(before 12 hours of placing the order). Upon cancelling a paid order, we would be able to issue you a coupon code for the value that you have paid, and this could be used in future purchases.

So sorry we do not refund. But we are happy to exchange them.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it according to our easy exchange policy. The items should be in the original condition with packaging. You can exchange item/items from 7 days of purchasing. Keep the labels and tags with the product (attached) and return with the original receipt. We would be grateful to hear the reason for exchanging the item as well.
Exchange is possible only once.

If you need to exchange any products purchased, submit an exchange request by clicking on the link or you can reply to the order email you received mentioning the products you need to exchange with the reason.
Once you inform us in either way we will be arranging a pick up for the returning items. Once picked up please inform us and we will share you a coupon code for the value of the returned products which you can use when you place the exchange order.
