We accept exchanges only within 7 days of receiving the product in original conditions. We do not do refunds.

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email . Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours on a working day or as soon as possible. We will be handing over your order to a 3rd party courier service. And they will deliver within 1 week or before approximately. They will contact you in advance to the delivery, please be kind enough to answer the phone. If there is any delay, do let us know by dropping an email to info@zigzagstyles.com with your order id or simply reply to your order confirmation email with the issue

Payments Related
At the moment we accept COD through a local delivery service in Dubai and also Card payments(credit/debit cards) through Stripe secured payment gateway. Also tabby & Tamara payments are enabled to pay in 4 installments. Please note that we do not have credit card payment on delivery with us at the moment.
Shipping charges are AED 11 to anywhere in UAE.
Cancellations & Exchanges

Please be kind enough to inform us before the package is handed over to the courier(before 12 hours of placing the order). Upon cancelling a paid order, we would be able to issue you a coupon code for the value that you have paid, and this could be used in future purchases.

It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts on your purchases. These can only be used for orders placed through our web site.
Different promo vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.
We are happy to offer you promo vouchers which can be used across full priced products. However, at times we issue special vouchers applicable on one or more special categories only. Your voucher code will come with all the relevant instructions.
Generally, vouchers can be used only once, but special vouchers issued can be used more than once. Your voucher email would have the details of how to use the voucher.
After adding items to your shopping cart, navigate to the checkout page. After entering all the details apply coupon code in the discount code section. If the promo code was successfully entered you will be able to see the deduction of the total in “Review Your order” section.
