Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it according to our easy exchange policy.  

 

1. Is exchanging possible with ZIGZAG ? 

Yes, you can exchange to a different size or style. 

Please make sure that the items are in the original condition with packaging. You can exchange item/items from 7 days of receiving the order. Keep the labels and tags with the product (attached) and return with the original receipt. We would be grateful to hear the reason for exchanging the item as well. Exchange is possible only ONCE.

2. Can we return & refund ? 

We are so sorry we do not do refunds & returns, however, you can exchange it with another product.

3. What is the exchange procedure ?  

If you need to exchange any products purchased, submit an exchange request by clicking on the link or you can reply to the order email you received mentioning the products you need to exchange with the reason. 

Once you inform us in either way we will be arranging a pick up for the returning items. Once picked us please inform us and we will share you a coupon code for the value of the returned products which you can use when you place the exchange order. 

4. There is a balance as the exchanging product price is lower than the first purchase order. Do i get a refund or can i purchase something for that amount later on ? 

Sorry we do not refund if there is any balance from the 1st order. When doing the exchange you can purchase something equal or more than the first order amount and pay if there is any balance. Sorry to inform you that you will not be able to get the balance as a credit note and claim it later on.

5. How many times do you exchange ? 

We only exchange once. And also the exchange request should be made in the 7 days of receiving the product. Please check the size guide properly, and also refer the product page - description tab for product measurements and other information.
